Accounts Management:Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure efficient financial managementMonitor, analyze, and prepare accurate financial reports and statements for timely decision-makingEstablish and enforce best practices in accounting methods, policies, and principlesCoordinate and execute annual audits to ensure compliance and transparencyContinuously improve accounting systems and processes, and initiate corrective actions where necessaryProactively avoid legal challenges by staying informed of current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending process improvementsAssign projects and provide guidance to the accounting team to ensure precision, compliance, and timely executionEnsure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cyclesB. Taxation Management:Oversee and manage the tax provision and tax compliance processes for various entitiesPrepare and manage tax documentation, addressing all information/data requests in a timely mannerIn-depth knowledge of Direct Taxes, including Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and withholding tax obligationsExtensive knowledge of Indirect Taxes, particularly Service Tax and GST proceduresPrepare and submit responses to scrutiny assessments, penalty notices, show cause notices, advance tax notices, rectification letters, and manage appeals effectivelyRemuneration:Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
