Senior Manager - Talent the jobAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition- Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, primarily supporting W2 (US staffing) hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains. If you're passionate about recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers wed love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of IT and Non-IT positions.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.- Focus on W2 (US staffing) hiring models.- Utilize various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, social media, internal databases, and referrals.- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline Minimum 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles.- Hands-on experience managing at least 70% W2 roles (US staffing) is required.- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and technologies.- Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and social channels.- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently.- Experience with ATS and CRM tools.- Awareness of current recruitment and technology market trends (ref:iimjobs.com)
