Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Accounts Receivable Lead / Manager / SME to join our Finance team as an individual contributor.The ideal candidate brings deep AR expertise in a US client environment, excels in reducing DSO and bad debts, and can confidently manage client communication and internal cross-functional alignment. What You’ll OwnManage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable lifecycle for key US-based clientsDrive timely collections; proactively follow up on invoices and escalate issues diplomaticallyReduce DSO and bad debt as core KPIsBuild strong relationships with Sales, Client Success, BU Heads, and external client teamsResolve billing disputes, clarify invoice details, and negotiate payment termsPrepare and analyze AR aging reports, identify trends, and recommend actionsTrack and present collection metrics to the SVP – FinanceImprove AR processes and support automation initiativesHandle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and assertivenessEnsure strict compliance with financial policies and audit standards What You Bring10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a B2B US client environmentPrior experience working night shifts and interacting with US-based clientsStrong ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributorExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and logical reasoning skillsHigh energy, self-motivation, and commitment to meeting aggressive targetsHigh integrity, professionalism, and organizational disciplineProficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and AR tracking tools Key AttributesGo-getter, results-oriented mindsetDiplomatic and confident communicatorStrong cross-functional collaboration and influenceExtreme ownership and accountability Why Join Calpion? ✨ Work with a dynamic, high-performing team 🤝 Engage directly with senior leadership & major global clients 📈 Play a strategic role in reducing debt exposure & improving cash flow 🌟 Grow in a performance-driven, respectful, and empowering culture 📬 Interested?
