Certifications like ISTQB, Certified Software Tester, or equivalent are preferred.  Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software testing roles (manual and/or automation). Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is a plus.  Experience working in the EdTech or vocational training sector.  Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle or Google Classroom.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.  Student-centric approach with strong mentoring skills.  Organized, proactive, and responsive to feedback.
