Join MEARK, a leading architecture firm with over 15 years of excellence in designing transformative spaces What We're Looking For: Qualifications: B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building codes is a plus Strong creative and technical design skills with attention to detail Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment Your Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to design innovative architectural solutions Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using advanced design tools Assist in project planning, concept development, and design detailing Research and integrate sustainable materials and energy-efficient design strategies Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and engineers to ensure project goals are met Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into revisions Conduct site visits, document progress, and resolve on-site challenges in collaboration with the team Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of work Why Choose MEARK?
