Job Description:

We are seeking a highly passionate and skilled Mutual Fund professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is deeply enthusiastic about mutual funds and possesses a keen interest in developing mutual fund strategies, training, and guiding intermediaries in understanding mutual fund strategies and concepts. This role will be pivotal in educating and empowering mutual fund distributors, enhancing their knowledge in wealth creation and financial planning through mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities:

Mutual Fund Investment Strategy:

- Develop & manage Mutual Fund investment strategy per AssetPlus Research process.

Training and Development:

- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions both online and offline for mutual fund distributors and internal teams.

- Develop comprehensive training materials with the help of Research Team and modules on mutual funds, investment strategies, market trends, and wealth Effectively communicate AssetPlus Investment strategies and complex mutual fund concepts in an easily understandable manner.

- Provide strategic advice and insights on mutual fund investments and portfolio management.

- Keep abreast of the latest market trends and regulatory changes in the mutual fund industry.

Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with internal teams to align training programs with business objectives.

- Offer ongoing support and guidance to intermediaries for their professional development.

Professional Requirements:

- The role will be suitable for candidates with 7+ years of experience in research / product / sales functions of mutual funds, advisory, wealth management, private banks, financial media, or rating agencies.

- In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, financial planning, and wealth-creation strategies

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to simplify and teach complex financial concepts.

- Proficient in English and Hindi
