With offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India, we deliver innovative solutions to clients in 60+ countries and are continuously growing.RoleAs the Creative Lead of our AI Video production Team, you will lead the creative vision and execution of AI-generated educational videos from concept development through final production ensuring each project meets teaching objectives and production style.This is an exciting opportunity to combine your animation expertise with the evolving possibilities of AI-assisted content creation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the production of AI-generated educational videos, aligned with learning goals.Manage a team of AI video artists, animators, and editors to deliver high quality education videos for university level courses.Work with subject experts and educators to ensure animations effectively communicate key concepts and meet learning goals.Oversee production timelines, coordinate creative workflows, and maintain well organized asset libraries to ensure timely and high quality outputs.Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance hands on creative work with team leadership.RequirementsA Bachelor’s in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or creative direction, including leadership of design or video teamsExcellent English communication skills.Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with generative AI video toolsDemonstrated expertise in conceptual storytelling and the ability to translate objectives into engaging narrativesUnderstanding of video storytelling fundamentals: composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow.Solid skills in compositing, color theory, and color correction to ensure visual coherence and high production value.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized file structures.Hands on experience with generative AI video toolsCuriosity and willingness to learn, experiment, and adopt AI tools where they can enhance efficiency and creativity.Why Join JoVE?Work on projects that leverage cutting‑edge AI to transform visual storytelling.Collaborate with a highly skilled, creative, and diverse team.Be part of a rapidly growing organization with a global footprint.Access opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning in AI‑driven media production.
