Job Responsibilities :
1. Identify and prioritize integration opportunities with banks, payment gateways, credit bureau agencies, and KYC agencies, based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
2. Develop and execute the integration strategy for our loan originating system, focusing on seamless integration with banks and third-party vendors to enhance the overall product offering.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, managing relationships and driving collaboration to achieve successful integrations.
4. Collaborate with internal & External stakeholders, including product development, engineering, and sales teams, to define integration requirements, scope, and timelines.
5. End to End ownership - Manage the product's core value proposition, including product collaterals, Cross-functional (Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Business) engagement to drive product development, usage & adoption.
6. Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD).
7. Responsible for delivering and scaling both Tech (desktop & mobile) and non-Tech solutions, while working closely with Business teams.
8. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of integrations, and regularly report on progress to senior leadership.
9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to banking, payments, credit reporting, and KYC, and ensure that integrations adhere to relevant standards.
10. Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule.
11. Developing efficient user communication and feedback channels.
12. Work with product/tech teams to share requirements, develop features, and deliver high quality product interventions and enhancements.
13. Ability to manage a team & develop, teach a team.
Job Requirements :
1. B.E./B.Tech and/or MBA with 5-7 years of with a focus on product integration and partnerships, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects, from concept to implementation, delivering tangible business results.
3. 1 -3 years' experience in a fintech / banking / lending is preferable.
4. Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and stakeholder feedback.
5. Deep understanding of banking and financial services, including loan origination processes, payment systems, credit reporting, and KYC regulations.
6. Strong technical background with experience in API integration, data mapping, and system architecture.
7. Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
8. Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
10. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI.
11. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and stakeholder feedback into actionable product strategies.
12. Should understand UX/UI designing Process.
13. Strong Analytical Skills : Highlight your ability to conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and gather insights to make data-driven product decisions.
