Position: Social Media Marketing Manager Experience: 2+ Years Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from office) Company: Big Leap StrategyAbout the Role: We’re looking for a Social Media Manager, with 2+ years experience who can - think strategically, plan creatively, and execute with precisionKey Responsibilities: Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies across all social media platforms Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify creative opportunities Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals Strategizing the messaging/copy for creatives and scripts for reels.
