Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Cloud Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation, customization, and ongoing support of SAP Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sales business processes, CRM best practices, and hands-on experience in configuring and integrating SAP Sales Cloud with other SAP systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Sales Cloud solutions including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Configure and customize SAP Sales Cloud using SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) and Key User Tools.

- Develop enhancements, workflows, and reports aligned with business & Technical Support :

- Support integration between SAP Sales Cloud, SAP S/4HANA (SD module), SAP Service Cloud, and other third-party systems.

- Work with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other middleware for data integration and interface development.

- Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.

Process & Business Alignment :

- Translate complex business requirements into effective CRM solutions that optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement.

- Provide expert advice on CRM best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Conduct user training and ensure smooth adoption of new & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Marketing, and IT to deliver integrated customer experience solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Sales Business Processes and CRM best practices.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud implementation & support.

- Expertise in SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) and Key User Tools.

- Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other integration technologies.

- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) integration.
