Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement PEGA applications that meet business requirements and are consistent with enterprise architecture standards

Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of PEGA solutions

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that PEGA solutions meet business needs

Design and implement complex PEGA integrations with other enterprise systems and applications

Ensure that PEGA applications are properly configured, tested, and deployed in production environments

Identify and address performance and scalability issues in PEGA applications

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PEGA development and insurance domain

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

PEGA certifications (e.g., PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Lead System Architect)

10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in PEGA development and implementation

Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC, including application design, workflows, decision rules, and integration capabilities

Experience in insurance domain, particularly in designing and developing insurance-specific PEGA applications

Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of PEGA developers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
