Take lead and conduct resiliency design reviews, break up complex problems into digestible work for other engineers, act as a technical lead for medium to large-sized products, and provide advice and mentoring to other :- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in software development and systems engineering- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or Go- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure- Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and distributed systems- Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as :- DevOps role i.e. AWS + Programming skills + Monitoring/ reporting- Core skills : Coding (Python/ .NET/ Java/ TypeScript/ React) + Cloud (AWS) + Containerization (Kubernetes)- Recent experience in successfully leading Application / Site reliability function.- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer, Electronic or IT :- LearningMate is an equal opportunity employer.
