They are responsible for developing and implementing a timeline their team will use to reach its end goal. Some of the ways team leader ensure they reach their goals is by delegating tasks to their members, including themselves.Role and Responsibilities:Closing Ratio/Meeting all KPI of team member& Self Re-open ratio/Segmentation of vehicles Reduce LAE(Loss Adjustment Expenses) To maintain the Hygiene/TAT(Total Around Time) Adherence to PRI Regulations Live Video InspectionQualifications:To excel in this position, you should possess:Experience:5 to 7 years in Auto Claims domain. Current Role:Must be in a team handling/managerial position. License:Valid Motor Surveyor License is mandatory. Education:B.Tech or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
