Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The responsibilities of a junior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks.Responsibilities:Design Execution- Develop creative concepts and layouts for digital and print deliverables. - Work on brand identity, social media creatives, and marketing collateral. - Adapt existing design systems to new campaign formats.Collaboration & Coordination- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and senior designers on client projects. - Receive and apply feedback constructively from creative leads and clients. - Ensure timely delivery of assigned design tasks.Software & Tools- Work proficiently in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects - Maintain organized design files and export deliverables in correct formats. - Continuously work towards learning new software and toolsQuality & Consistency- Follow brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns. - Double-check designs for alignment, color, and typography accuracy. - Keep up with design trends and bring fresh visual ideas to the table.Professional Conduct- Participate in daily/weekly design reviews. - Communicate progress or delays clearly with team leads. - Maintain curiosity, discipline, and eagerness to learn. - Update timesheets & attend monthly reviewsRequirements and skills·1 - 3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer·Experience with software, such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and After Effects.·Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)·Ability to work well within a team·A keen eye for detail·Time management and multitasking abilities·Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude·A talent for creativity and problem-solvingPlease note that a work portfolio is required for consideration of your application.
