This role demands deep influencer ecosystem expertise, a strong creator network, and the ability to operate with speed, creativity, and Build and run high-impact influencer marketing campaigns across categories.- Lead and mentor sharp, fast-moving influencer marketing teams.- Work closely with major brands to deliver innovative, culture-forward creator strategies.- Manage strong relationships with top creators, talent managers, and agencies.- Drive bold ideas, creative thinking, and campaign innovations that create internet moments.- Ensure seamless execution, quality control, and on-time delivery for all influencer campaigns.- Oversee budgeting, creator negotiations, and project planning for large-scale collaborations.- Track performance, deliver insights, and ensure campaigns generate measurable 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing.- Strong and active network of creators and talent partners.- Proven ability to lead teams and execute high-impact campaigns.- Creative, energetic, and hungry to build something BIG.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
