You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate cloud tools and frameworks, and lead implementation strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability. The role demands strong technical leadership, solution thinking, and hands-on cloud engineering experience.Key Responsibilities- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of cloud-native tools and architectures - Act as an SME for Amazon Connect and related AWS services - Guide and mentor engineering teams to drive performance and cloud adoption - Make architectural decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams - Integrate best-practice CI/CD, automation, and containerization techniques - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and drive innovation across teams - Monitor tool performance and continuously optimize cloud environmentsRequired Skills & Experience- 12+ years of experience in Amazon Connect and cloud solution engineering - Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and serverless computing - Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and modern container ecosystems - Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skillsPreferred Skills- Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java - Experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments - Hands-on experience integrating cloud-native communication platformsSoft Skills- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities - Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration - Passion for innovation, automation, and cloud transformation
