Join our passionate team that’s redefining the way India travelsRole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report operational and business data across departments. You will play a critical role in helping management make data-driven decisions by maintaining accurate records, dashboards, and performance reports.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and organize operational data from different teams (sales, marketing, operations,)Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.Create and maintain dashboards and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets).Monitor key metrics such as revenue, bookings, cancellations, and customer feedback trends.Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and validate performance numbers.Support management in ad hoc data analysis and business insights.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or operations analytics (preferably in a startup or travel/hospitality domain).Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).Experience with CRM tools or dashboards (Zoho, HubSpot, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Why Join 30 Sundays?Be part of a passionate and fast-paced travel startup shaping new-age travel experiences.Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, creative environment.Growth opportunities in operations, analytics, and business strategy.Flexible, travel-friendly work culture 🌴
