About the Role: We are seeking a detail-orientedLandscape Estimation Engineerto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for landscape projects — including hardscape, softscape, and lighting works. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and coordination with design and execution teams.Key Responsibilities: Review landscape drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare cost estimates. Carry outquantity take-offsfor all landscape elements (softscape, hardscape, lighting, fabrication work, and site furniture etc). Prepare and maintainBOQs, rate analyses, and cost breakdowns . Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material rates and quotations. Support the design team in providingcost-effective design solutionsandvalue engineeringinputs. Assist in tender documentation and bid preparation. Evaluate variation orders and prepare cost impact assessments. Maintain an updated database of material and labor costs. Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications and standards.Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degreein Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related field. 3–7 years of experiencein estimation for landscape or civil construction projects. Strong understanding oflandscape materials, construction methods, and BOQ preparation . Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills: Knowledge oflandscape materialsandplant material estimation . Experience withtendering proceduresandvalue engineering .
