Description :Role : Senior SAP Treasury (TRM) Consultant & S/4HANA SpecialistJob Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior SAP Treasury (TRM) Consultant to join our team in a C1-level advisory capacity. This role requires a minimum of 7+ years of SAP experience with a deep specialization in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end treasury processes and systems within SAP. The Consultant will be crucial in deploying solutions that significantly enhance cash management, banking integration, and financial risk management, while working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements.Core Responsibilities :SAP Treasury Configuration and Deployment :Lead and execute configuration and deployment activities across key SAP Treasury modules, including :- Cash & Liquidity Management (CLM) : Setting up cash position reporting, liquidity forecasting, and cash concentration.- In-House Cash (IHC) : Configuring IHC structures, payment processes, and bank-to-bank reconciliation.- Bank Communication Management (BCM) : Implementing payment approval workflows, status monitoring, and integrating with other finance modules.- Support the configuration of Financial Risk Management (TRM) modules, including managing financial instruments and dealing with FX (Foreign Exchange), interest rate, and commodity risk hedging and valuation.- Implement and support robust bank integration solutions utilizing global standards like SWIFT (MT/MX formats), as well as host-to-host and secure file transfer protocols.Project Lifecycle and Stakeholder Collaboration :- Conduct detailed workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to effectively gather and document business requirements.- Translate business requirements into clear, precise functional specifications (FS) for configuration and technical development.- Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including system testing (SIT/UAT), user training, and final go-live activities.- Collaborate closely with finance (FICO) and IT teams to ensure seamless treasury operations and data flow across integrated systems.- Provide expert post-implementation support and timely resolution of complex treasury-related issues.Advisory and Best Practices :- Stay proactively updated with the latest SAP innovations (especially in S/4HANA Finance) and treasury best practices to continuously propose value-added solutions to clients.- Utilize good analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose root causes and recommend strategic process optimizations.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in SAP, with a significant functional focus on the SAP Treasury (TRM) module.- Treasury Domain : Strong understanding of corporate treasury functions, banking operations, and financial risk management principles.- Core Skills : Hands-on configuration experience in at least three of the following SAP Treasury components : Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management, and Financial Risk Management (TRM).- Integration : Practical experience supporting bank integration using SWIFT, host-to-host, or similar protocols.- S/4HANA : Experience with SAP S/4HANA (specifically S/4HANA Finance/Treasury) is highly preferred.- Soft Skills : Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Logistics :- Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days- Contract : Long-term Contract- Work Arrangement : Hybrid Mode - Mumbai= Minimum Experience : 7+ Years``` (ref:hirist.tech)
