Uplift is a branding studio based in London and Mumbai that takes an interdisciplinary approach to design and digital experience. Our team of designers, developers, strategists, and storytellers aim to elevate brands, create connections, and make a difference. We work with a diverse range of clients, from early-stage businesses to established global brands, offering a comprehensive range of services including brand strategy, user experience design, content marketing, and performance marketing.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Director located in Mumbai. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing global client accounts, overseeing sales efforts, and managing projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop strategies, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality branding solutions and achieve client satisfaction.


Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a well established branding, design, advertising or digital agency.

  • Proven experience in Sales and Team Leadership
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in the branding and marketing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
