Job Role : ERM Functional Consultant (Permanent)

Responsibilities :

- Work on Performance Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Profitability, Capital Adequacy, IFRS9, BASEL, and Credit Risk Management.

- Engage in risk modeling (PD, LGD, EAD), Asset Liability Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Balance Sheet Management.

- Serve as a Business Analyst for OFSAA EPM & ERM implementations (ALM, LRM, LLFP-IFRS9, FTP, PFT, BASEL, IFRS9).

Key Responsibility Areas :


- Gather and analyze client business requirements for OFSAA EPM & ERM implementations.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements.

- Configure and implement OFSAA modules, including ALM, LRM, FTP, BASEL, and IFRS9.

- Design and validate risk models, including PD, LGD, and EAD.

- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis for liquidity and capital adequacy.

- Implement Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Profitability Analysis tools.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like IFRS9, BASEL, and Credit Risk guidelines.

- Act as the primary client liaison for issue resolution and solution deployment.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on OFSAA functionalities.

- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless project execution.

Key Requirements :


Mandatory Skills :


- Expertise in Performance & Risk Management concepts and tools.

- Experience with key regulatory frameworks (IFRS9, BASEL).

- Hands-on with OFSAA implementations and risk modeling techniques.

Desirable Skills :


- Proven leadership in OFSAA EPM implementations in a Business Analyst role.

Soft Skills :


- Strong communication and presentation abilities
