You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences & drive sales performance.What’s on your Daily Menu?- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets. - Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising. - Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand experience. - Monitor KPIs and contribute to business growth. - Maintain strong product knowledge and inspire customers. - Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow and replenishment. - Ensure store displays are updated in line with seasonal changes, promotions, and new launches. - Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business goals and store initiatives.The Perfect Blend: Your ingredients for SuccessExperience:- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment. - Experience working with premium fashion/home wares products preferable.Education/Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree.Skills and Knowledge:- Strong communication and upselling skills. - Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills to intermediate level.Why Join Our Table?At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is a colorful as our cookware and rich in history.
