About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a creative and driven Junior Social Media Manager who knows how to turn brand stories into scroll-stopping content. At Martech Minds, we don't just post — we perform. If you have a flair for content writing, reel scripting, AI-based content creation, and understand what clicks with audiences on Instagram, , and YouTube — this role is your launchpad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars for multiple client brands
  • Write compelling captions, post copy, and script short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to create engaging creatives and motion posts
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Kimi, Deepseek, Canva Magic Write, Gemini, etc.) to ideate and scale content production
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, viral formats, and incorporate them creatively into brand narratives
  • Manage publishing, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, X/Twitter)
  • Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and actively participate in community building
  • Analyze platform insights and assist in building monthly performance reports

What We're Looking For:

  • 0–2 years of experience in social media content and account management
  • Proven skills in content writing, captioning, and short-form video script writing
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Page Manager, YouTube Studio
  • Experience using AI tools to brainstorm ideas, write content, or generate visuals
  • A creative thinker who understands brand voice, audience psychology, and content aesthetics
  • Excellent time management skills and a collaborative mindset

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Previously managed social media accounts with measurable growth of 30k - 50k followers
  • Knowledge of content pillars, content funnel, and hashtag strategy
  • Experience working with influencer pages or UGC content
