Key Responsibilities : - Project Coordination : Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion.- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular status reports, and update stakeholders.- Team Support : Work closely with project team members, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently.- Communication : Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.- Risk & Issue Management : Identify risks or issues and assist in resolution to keep projects on track.- Budget & Resource Tracking : Monitor project costs and resources under supervision to support budget adherence.- Process Improvement : Suggest and help implement improvements for greater efficiency in project execution.- Tool Usage : Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project to track tasks and progress.Qualifications & Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management software (ref:hirist.tech)
