Job Title : Senior DevOps EngineerExperience : 5 to 7 yearsLocation : Pune / RemoteJob Summary :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and monitoring of large-scale distributed systems. You will play a critical role in enhancing our deployment workflows, improving system reliability, and enabling faster and safer delivery of software.Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.- Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).- Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (EKS) or ECS.- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve end-to-end delivery.- Monitor and improve system performance, availability, and reliability.- Drive cost optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning efforts.- Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.Required Skills & Experience :- 5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools : Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.- Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.- Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.Good to Have :- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in Development or QA roles.- AWS or Kubernetes certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA).- Experience with secrets management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).- Deeper expertise in networking (VPC peering, VPNs, DNS), security hardening, and cloud storage (S3 lifecycle policies, EBS, EFS).
