About the job :

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in Mobile and Web App development companies.

The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of overall project management experience overseeing multiple projects within these industries.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Technical Oversight :

- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to guide the team, resolve technical challenges, and make informed decisions related to Mobile and Web App development.

Project Planning and Execution :

- Drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of projects within Mobile and Web App development domains.

- Define project scopes, objectives, and technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with industry standards and technological requirements.

- Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and adapt plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

Technical Resource Management :

- Efficiently manage technical resources, including budgets, manpower, and timelines, to meet project objectives and technical specifications.

- Analyze project requirements and allocate technical resources effectively, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize resource utilization.

Stakeholder Communication and Technical Liaison :

- Act as a primary interface between the Project Management Department and other internal departments, fostering effective technical communication and collaboration.

- Engage with clients to understand and address their technical needs, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any technical concerns.

Continuous Improvement and Best Practices :

- Implement and refine technical project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to enhance departmental efficiency and the success rate of technical projects.

- Identify opportunities for technical process improvements and lead the implementation of strategies to maintain the highest technical quality standards.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.

- 4+ years of overall project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within Mobile and Web App development companies.

- Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing multiple projects with a strong technical focus.

- Deep technical knowledge in Mobile and Web App development technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and inspire technical teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.
