We are committed to delivering value and shared success through collaborative solutions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking highly motivated Business Analysts / Functional Consultants (0–2 years) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the implementation, analysis, and optimization of enterprise systems across multiple business domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions using leading platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Odoo, and other ERP systems.What You’ll Work On:- Assist in implementing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications. - Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Support system testing, documentation, and user training. - Collaborate with teams from HR, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and more to design effective workflows. - Participate in data migration activities, process mapping, and solution testing. - Work on end-to-end ERP projects and digital transformation initiatives.What We’re Looking For:--Education & Background- MBA, B.Tech, or a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. - Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience. - Certifications in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo) or project management (PMP, Scrum) are a plus.--Skills & Attributes- Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Basic understanding of SQL, workflows, and system configuration (preferred). - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. - Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and up-to-date knowledge of ERP trends.What You’ll Gain:- Hands-on experience with industry-leading ERP platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Odoo, etc.). - Opportunity to work across multiple business domains: - HR, Sales, eCommerce, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Finance, and more. - Real-world exposure to enterprise digital transformation projects. - Skill development in business analysis, functional consulting, project management, and data workflows. - Collaborative environment with mentorship, training, and growth opportunities.How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn.Join Us:If you’re passionate about business processes, enterprise technology, and digital solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to start and grow your career.
