- Total of 3-5years experience in support project for handing L1 and L2 Tickets - Have good understanding of Supply chain Management - Knowledge of PTC service part management and Servigistics - Knowledge on Demand ,forecast and Inventory will be added advantage - Knowledge of Core Java/J2EE development project - Good communication skill.
