Servify - General Manager - Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Assist FC for the overall Accounting & Finance function of the Parent organisation & all subsidiary / branch companies globally from India including monthly standalone and consolidated closure of accounts and year end statutory audit.
- Assist closure of Financial Statements (P&L, BS, CF) and MIS reports with stakeholders with detailed and relevant commentaries on the movement month to month in alignment with the business KPI's.
- Provide FC and management with advice on the financial implications of business activities & ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage processes for financial forecasting & trends, budgets, consolidation and reporting.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Ensure that effective internal financial controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
- Assist in international accounting and compliance with local GAAP.
- Managing the relationships with Statutory auditors/internal auditors from Big Four CA firms.
- Manage the working capital and dealing with internal & external stakeholders.
- Close liaising with all the business teams on commercial contracts as well as all matters related to their business P&L.
- Manage domestic and international finance teams.
- Standardise and automate to improve the financial processes, and practices in line with business requirements, in order to improve efficiency.
