We are seeking an experienced and hands-on DevOps Lead with expertise in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Python, Shell/Bash scripting, and SQL. As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the DevOps team, overseeing the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our :

- Leadership and Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment focused on delivering exceptional results.

- CI/CD Pipeline Design and Implementation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins. Ensure best practices are followed for build, test, and deployment automation.

- Infrastructure Automation : Drive the adoption of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and lead the implementation of infrastructure automation using tools like Azure Resource Manager templates, Terraform, or similar technologies.

- Scripting and Automation : Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows using Python, Shell/Bash scripting, and other relevant languages. Streamline operational tasks, deployment processes, and infrastructure management through automation.

- Monitoring and Alerting : Define and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or ELK stack. Establish proactive monitoring practices to detect and address performance issues and ensure high system availability.

- Release Management : Collaborate with development teams to establish effective release management processes. Coordinate software releases, version control, release tagging, and release notes documentation.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues and provide technical support to development and operations teams. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.

- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Drive documentation efforts related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and best practices. Facilitate knowledge sharing among team members through internal documentation, training sessions, and :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven professional experience in a DevOps role with expertise in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Python, Shell/Bash scripting, and SQL.

- Strong leadership skills with previous experience in leading and managing DevOps teams.

- In-depth understanding of CI/CD concepts and practices, including continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous deployment.

- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, or similar.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell/Bash for automation and orchestration.

- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or ELK stack.

- Experience in Observability tools like Dynatrace, newrelic, or similar APM tools.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and related services.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
