  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

2. Experience

  • 2+ Years of relevant experience with HP Storage solutions (Allerta, Storageonce, and Scality) and SAN Switches.


  • Location : Delhi / Bhubaneswar


3. Skills Required

  • Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on HPE/Scality/Brocade and S3/NAS products.
  • Knowledge on Replication technology/DR.
  • Good Understanding Operating systems and Networking.
  • Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks, Brocade zoning and Storage Masking.
  • Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis.
  • Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux/VMware.
  • Experience in NAS/S3 Solutions.
  • Experience on Virtualization.
  • Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
  • ITIL Awareness.


4. Preferred Skills

  • Any SAN/NAS storage certification.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux.
  • Exposure on Virtualization.
  • Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for various standards like PCI - DSS.


5. Soft Skills

  • Must have good troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills.
  • Must be a Team Player.
  • Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication.
