That’s why we’re looking for a Video Creator who can turn raw ideas into stunning, high-impact visual stories using both 2D and 3D animation.Compensation- ₹23,000 – ₹32,000/month (Fixed) - Performance Bonuses for consistent high-quality output - Clear growth path toward leadership roles.Who We’re Looking ForA passionate Video Editor + Motion Designer who:- Loves trends, transitions, and creating scroll-stopping visuals. - Can make an Instagram Reel, animated explainer, or cinematic web video stand out. - Understands how to blend editing, motion graphics, and animation for storytelling. - Has a strong portfolio (freelance/client work preferred).Freshers are welcome — as long as you can show real, polished video projects.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Creation & Editing- Edit engaging short & long-form videos for Reels, YouTube, websites, and ads. - Repurpose footage into cutdowns, teasers, and vertical formats. - Add transitions, sound, and text overlays that enhance storytelling.Motion Graphics & Animation (2D & 3D)- Design & animate motion graphics, lower thirds, and explainer visuals. - Use 2D/3D animation to bring abstract ideas and features to life. - Animate logos, icons, and illustrations for social and web assets.Creative Input & Strategy- Contribute ideas for campaign visuals and content series. - Stay updated with motion design, animation, and video trends. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams on content planning.Required Skills- Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe After Effects (Motion Design + 2D Animation) - Blender / Cinema 4D / Element 3D (bonus for 3D animation) - Basic understanding of sound design and animation principles - Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytellingKinetic typography, infographic animations, UI motion design, 3D object animation, or experience with global clients.How to ApplySend your Resume + Portfolio (Drive/YouTube/Instagram links preferred)Email: faisalshah@vyncedigital.comInclude 3–5 of your best video edits or motion graphics — especially any 2D or 3D animation work.Why Join Us- Be part of a core creative team shaping a brand from scratch. - Work on content for both Indian and international audiences. - Enjoy creative freedom and space to experiment. - Grow into a Video Lead / Motion Director role as we scale. - Work remotely with flexibility, focus, and purpose.
