Company Description:- Rams Creative Technology is seeking a visionary Business Unit Head to lead our AI division based in Jaipur.- If you have deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and a proven track record of leading teams to success, this is your chance to drive innovation and shape the future of AI-driven solutions in a growing tech companyRole Description:- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Head at Rams Creative Technologies.- The Business Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and performance of a specific business unit within the organization.- This role involves developing business strategies, implementing initiatives to drive growth and - profitability, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the AI business unit, fostering innovation and growth across AI products and services.- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the AI division, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of AI specialists, researchers, engineers, and other key stakeholders.- Oversee the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-based solutions, ensuring they meet both client requirements and emerging industry trends.- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the AI ecosystem to drive business development and collaboration.- Ensure financial and operational goals are met within the AI business unit, tracking performance and delivering results.- Provide thought leadership on the future of AI, staying ahead of industry trends and positioning the company as a leader in AI innovation.- Collaborate with internal teams to align AI initiatives with the company's broader business objectives and vision.What We're Looking For:- Extensive experience in AI and its applications across various industries, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and trends.- Proven leadership experience, including managing and growing teams, and driving business growth through innovation and strategic execution.- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate AI strategies into actionable business plans that achieve measurable success.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.- A passion for innovation, technology, and the future of AI, with a strong desire to make a significant impact on the industry.- Experience in scaling AI products and services within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.- Strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of AI, including product development, deployment, and monetization (ref:iimjobs.com)
