Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle Apps Finance Functional Consultant with 10-15 years of experience to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL), coupled with technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and RICE components. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) financial solutions, leveraging your deep domain knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

- Utilize PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and other Oracle development tools to create, enhance, and support RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components.

- Provide functional and technical expertise for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) business cycles, ensuring seamless integration across modules.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and translate them into effective Oracle EBS financial solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and adherence to business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle EBS Financials, including data discrepancies and system performance problems.

- Perform data conversions and migrations as required, ensuring data integrity.

- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives for Oracle Financials applications.

- Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and testing documents.

- Work closely with technical teams (DBAs, Developers) to ensure the effective delivery and support of solutions.

Required Skills:

- 10-15 years of overall experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, with a strong functional focus on Financials.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Apps Technical development.

- Strong command of PL/SQL and Oracle database concepts.

- Proven expertise in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

- Solid experience in RICE components development and support (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using relevant Oracle technologies.

- Strong knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and OTC (Order-to-Cash) business processes.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills for complex Oracle EBS issues.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
