Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting clients, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, promoting our services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.The role also involves coordinating with veterinarians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive experience for pet owners and their pets.QualificationsInterpersonal Skills and Communication Skills - multilingual Medical terminologyExperience in Client Relations and Customer ServiceAbility to ensure Customer SatisfactionStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPassion for animal care and pet healthAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPrevious experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
