Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) – FinanceFunctional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial business processes and deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules.Experience Required:- Minimum: 12–15 years of relevant experience in Finance domain - Minimum: 10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX - Preferred: Experience in global rollouts and multi-entity environments - Location: HyderabadKey Responsibilities:- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document finance-related business requirements. - Configure and implement D365 F&O Finance modules in line with best practices. - Lead workshops and training sessions with end users and key stakeholders. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated into system solutions. - Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities. - Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements. - Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios. - Ensure compliance with client and regulatory financial processes.Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O Finance modules, including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Fixed Assets - Budgeting - Cash and Bank Management - Cost Accounting - Project Accounting (optional) - Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Experience in working on at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations. - Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Certification. - Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or other Microsoft tools. - Familiarity with localization requirements for India (GST, TDS, etc.)
