We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Network Engineer to join our Network Management Services team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with complex network architectures, monitoring tools, and vendor coordination. This role is critical in overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the network infrastructure between our service provider and client Responsibilities :

- Provide 24x7 monitoring, issue resolution, and optimization of LAN, WAN, and Unified Communication systems.

- Act as the single point of contact for Network Center of Excellence management and administration.

- Collaborate with clients and third-party vendors to ensure performance benchmarks are met and exceeded.

- Lead incident and service request resolution efforts in coordination with internal and external teams.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective problem management solutions.

- Maintain and support networking equipment across client locations and data centers.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize network bandwidth, traffic flow, and device performance.

- Provide expert-level hands-on support for infrastructure issues within client facilities.

- Maintain documentation such as Known Error Databases and technical standards.

- Ensure compliance with client policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Technologies :

- Strong experience in network monitoring tools including SolarWinds.

- Expertise in Aryaka SDWAN / ISP Circuit Management.

- Deep knowledge of networking hardware : Routers, Switches, Firewalls (Palo Alto Networks PA Series, Panorama).

- Experience with Load Balancers (F5 BIG-IP) and Wireless Access Points (Aruba Instant).

- Familiarity with FortiNAC Network Access, VPN solutions, and Bandwidth Management.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network architectures.

- Strong understanding of advanced network protocols and security configurations.

- Hands-on experience with advanced monitoring and analysis Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications such as Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Palo Alto, F5, or Aruba.

- Experience in vendor management and coordination with hardware/software suppliers and ISPs.

- Understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

- Willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
