Responsibilities:

  • To design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.
  • Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designs
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations and color palettes)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
  • Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
  • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
  • Present and defend your design decisions with fundamentals

Skills:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field
  • You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
  • You are proficient in prototyping tool Figma, (or Adobe XD).
  • Basic understanding of web development is a plus to validate the feasibility of designs
  • You pay great attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with teams & different stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/ UI design, and usability.
