Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Engineer for a full-time, mid-level position at our Medchal location. This role requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in electrical engineering, particularly in designing, maintaining, and optimizing electrical systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in panel design, ensuring electrical systems are thoroughly planned and compliant. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in power distribution to manage and maintain power systems reliably and effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to perform load calculations for ensuring system efficiency and safety in various settings. (Mandatory skill)
• Experienced in machinery related to rubber products, focusing on efficient and safe operations.
• Skilled in PLC connections, enabling seamless automation and control of industrial equipment.
• Competency in managing and maintaining panel boards, ensuring optimal electrical performance.
• Experience in hydraulic press maintenance for robust and reliable equipment operation.
• Strong background in mixing mill operations to optimize production and consistency in output.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and supervise the installation of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.
• Perform detailed load analysis to optimize system design and functionality, improving overall efficiency.
• Develop and implement maintenance protocols for electrical equipment to prevent downtime and extend lifespan.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other technical and operational processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems to uphold quality assurance standards.
• Provide expertise in panel design to improve electrical layout and system management within the organization.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operational activities.
