We are looking for aCA-qualified professionalwith strong experience infinancial consolidation and reporting , with adeep understanding of IND AS/IFRS . The role will be responsible for group-level consolidation, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review ofconsolidated financial statementsin accordance withIND AS Strong hands-on experience ingroup consolidation , including subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures Ensure accurate and timelyfinancial reportingat group and entity level Application and interpretation ofIND AS standards /IFRS Coordinate with auditors (statutory/internal) and manage audit closures Prepare disclosures, notes to accounts, and support schedules Support management with financial analysis and reporting insights Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirementsKey Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in IND AS / IFRS Proven experience infinancial consolidation & reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Good communication and stakeholder management skills
