Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students and parents, provide them with information about our courses, and assist them in completing the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on provided leads.
  2. Provide detailed information about the institution's programs, courses, fee structures, and campus facilities.
  3. Respond to inquiries about admissions, eligibility criteria, and other related queries over the phone.
  4. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
  5. Schedule and coordinate appointments for counselling sessions, campus visits, or interviews.
  6. Communicate effectively to build rapport and establish trust with potential students and their families.
  7. Work closely with the admissions team to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
  8. Keep accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  9. Provide feedback to the management regarding frequently asked questions or concerns from prospects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated to achieve targets.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with a passion for connecting with people and achieving goals are welcome to apply.
