Job DescriptionPosition: Sales Engineer – Power Group (PSG)Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering(mandatory)Experience: Minimum 2 yearsLocation: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / HyderabadRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Sales Engineer (PSG). The incumbent will be responsible for business development, product promotion, and sales of pre-packaged software, electronic hardware, and allied services within the electric power sector. The role also involves maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to ensure consistent business growth.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell software products, hardware solutions, and related services to clients in the power sector.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.Establish and maintain long-term client relationships with utilities, consultants, and industrial customers.Present product portfolios effectively and demonstrate their technical and business value.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.Provide market insights and identify new business opportunities.Required Skills:Proven experience in sales of pre-packaged products or services in the electrical power domain.Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable business results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical levels.Knowledge of power system simulation software will be an added advantage.Soft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication.Strong team player with collaborative working style.Analytical, creative, and confident with strong presentation abilities.Self-initiated, proactive, and adaptable to challenging environments.Comfortable working across different cultures and under pressure.Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel frequently (50–70%).
