Droom - Associate Director/AVP - Enterprise Sales

What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years' experience in enterprises sales(B2B)/alliances and partnerships.
- Acquisition & Revenue; Acquire large corporates (new accounts) by pitching, presenting, negotiating, and closing large value deals with corporate leaders. Ensure revenue generation and growth monthly.
- Drive CXO level discussions and closures
- Excellent networking and business development skills at CXO level interactions
- Strong in execution and taking initiatives with proven track record to build and scale, team and organization.
- Can handle end to end functioning of department at a large scale.
- Knowledge of selling digital customer solutions (SAAS)
- Hands on experience in corporate sales
- Exceptionally well written, verbal effective communication & comprehension skills
- Excellent presentations skills for C-suite
- Strong networking acumen
- Strategic thinker who can handle end to end functioning of department on a large scale according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving overall revenue and organizational growth.
- Highly analytical with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external& internal stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment by having superior prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent grip on numbers and goals.
- Attention to detail and desire to make an impact.
- Excellent People Management and Communication Skills.
- Thisrole involves working directly with the leadership team.
- Result oriented speed to market and ready to take ownership.

3. Experience in negotiating business terms and conditions while working with corporate counsels to close partnerships or strategic alliances agreements.
4. Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for alliances and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI.
5. Prospecting, identifying, targeting, strategizing and implementing partnerships and key alliances with various companies/brands/eventsfor user-acquisition/brand visibility/revenue generation.
6. Manage the use of budgets
