Position: Billing Head
Experience: 15+ years in construction of luxury residential and commercial Oversee and manage the billing department operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and implement billing procedures and policies to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
- Review project contracts and agreements to ensure billing terms are accurately reflected and followed.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying discrepancies and resolving billing issues promptly.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the billing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing and accounting to continually improve processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and project management, to streamline billing workflows and improve overall financial Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in billing and accounting roles within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of billing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in billing software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Certification in accounting or billing (optional, but preferred).
