You’ll be the key link between legal, supply chain, and project teams to maintain a compliant and efficient contractor ecosystem.What You’ll Be Doing ️Audit Execution : Conduct external audits of suppliers against defined compliance criteria, focusing on onboarding and legal requirements. ️Corrective Action : Identify non-compliant placements, recommend and implement corrective actions in collaboration with Legal, PMO, and Supply Chain teams. Follow-Up Audits : Track completion of corrective actions and perform follow-up audits to ensure resolution. Process Improvement : Collate insights and suggest improvements to prevent future non-compliance. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams and external suppliers. Data Management : Maintain accurate compliance databases including Smartsheet, onboarding checklists, and document trackers. Documentation & Reporting : Document findings and produce reports for internal stakeholders. Additional Duties : Support other compliance-related tasks as delegated to ensure smooth operations under MSP and 2nd Tier Supplier Programs.What We’re Looking For Legal & Commercial Acumen : Ability to assess compliance documents using legal and commercial expertise. ❓Curious Mindset : Uses a questioning approach to uncover facts and clarify issues. Legal Understanding : Ability to grasp international employment and legal concepts. Tech Proficiency : Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. ️Communication : Strong written and verbal skills with confident phone/video presence. Organisation : Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Detail-Oriented : High attention to detail and accuracy. Process Adherence : Quick learner with ability to follow processes consistently. Documentation : Proven ability to document and file information accurately. Independent Worker : Works well independently and knows when to escalate.Desirable Criteria Smartsheet & SharePoint : Experience with database systems and Smartsheet. CRM & Onboarding Tools : Familiarity with systems like Bullhorn or similar. Audit Experience : Previous experience in compliance or audit roles.
