Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive at MultyComm. The role involves managing marketing communications, creating press releases, handling public relations, and executing social media marketing strategies , managing websites on a daily basis in New Delhi.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Writing:

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Tailor content to target audience segments across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Research industry trends and customer pain points to create valuable content that supports the company’s marketing strategy.


WordPress Website Management:

  • Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to manage website redesigns, content updates, and troubleshooting.


Social Media Calendar Management:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar to ensure timely and engaging content.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to align social media content with marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize reach and engagement.


Email Campaign Management:

  • Plan, ideate, and implement email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional offers, etc.) using tools like Mailchimp and Pardot.
  • Ensure mass email campaigns are compliant with best practices and regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Monitor and analyze email marketing performance and suggest improvements to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.


SEO Strategy & Management:

  • Manage and execute the company's SEO strategy using tools like SEMRUSH, SE Ranking , SerpStat etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and ensure content is optimized for search engines.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and recommend adjustments to improve search engine rankings.


Mailer Campaign Ideation & Execution:

  • Lead the creative and technical aspects of designing and launching mass mailers.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure high-quality visual and written content.
  • Manage mailing lists, segment audiences, and ensure personalization to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Tools Expertise:

  • Proficient in Mailchimp, Apollo , Pardot, Semrush , WordPress, Canva etc..
  • Stay updated on new tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Must understand the benefits and usage of Google Analytics and Google Ad-word marketing


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and development to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Convey complex ideas and campaign concepts clearly and persuasively in written and verbal communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, SEO management, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, Pardot, SEMRUSH, WordPress, Canva, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, email marketing strategies, and social media trends.
  • Excellent writing skills with a knack for conveying ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust campaigns based on performance.
