With over 200 industry experts and 2,000+ successful projects delivered worldwide, we provide an ideal environment for senior sales professionals who want to scale impact at a high-growth IT consulting company.Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.- Lead and mentor the Business Development team, ensuring strong pipeline management and high-performance execution.- Manage end-to-end sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and sales process optimization.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.- Identify new business development opportunities across global markets in IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation.- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.- Oversee contract negotiations, proposal presentations, and client onboarding. - Provide input on market trends, competitive intelligence, and client insights to support strategy refinement.- Ensure accurate CRM usage, data hygiene, and use of sales analytics for decision-making.- Represent Vrinsoft in industry events, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.Key Skills & Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically within IT services or technology consulting.- Proven experience leading BDM teams and driving multi-milliondollar revenue targets.- Strong expertise in Sales Management, Sales Operations, and client relationship-building.- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and convert them into long-term business engagements.- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, planning, and execution capabilities.- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
