Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to support high-quality software delivery.- Manage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.- Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure platform health and reliability.- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to embed DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.- Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for system issues and outages.- Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.- Enforce and evolve DevOps standards, security policies, and best practices across environments.- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and contribute to their technical growth.- Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve system performance and team productivity.Qualifications and Skills :- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.- Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications are a plus).- Deep experience with infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible, or similar.- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in production environments.- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.- Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.- Solid understanding of network, security, and Linux system administration.- Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring DevOps/Engineering teams.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
