This role offers a great learning platform for candidates interested in understanding how NBFCs manage their funding, liquidity, and lender relationships.·Assist in end-to-enddebt raisingacross Term Loans, Listed NCDs, and Securitization / Direct Assignment transactions. ·Lender relationship management – preparing MIS, coordinating for data and documentation, and maintaining track of lender interactions. ·Assist in due diligence and audits from lenders, investors. ·Assist in the credit rating process of the company. ·Proactive involvement in market research, and strategy for continuous reduction in cost of funds. ·Prepare and maintain Treasury MIS including borrowing cost analysis, repayment tracking, and covenant monitoring. ·Assist in documentation and compliance related to debt agreements and funding transactions. ·Participate in special projects within the finance function, including automation and process improvement initiatives. ·Liaison with internal & external teams (finance, legal, operations etc) for data and deliverables related to debt transactions.Location: Bangalore (On-site) Start Date: Immediate / Within a month Tenure: As per ICAI Industrial Training period Stipend: 30,000 per month
