The Impact you will make:


As our Product Development – CAD / Rendering Designer, you will assist the Global Product Development (India, China & Vietnam) team for new product design & development. Help develop and launch new products to keep pace with the new trends and demands. Assist in meeting new product launch dates and to make sure that Simpli Home products meet the highest product standards and satisfies customer expectations.

We are looking for a team player with plenty of experience in the furniture industry…. Someone who gets excited being organized, loves working methodically and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Our ideal candidate loves to be on top of things and working with other people.



What you will do:


  • Work with Global engineering and design teams in India, China & Vietnam for new product development.
  • Create Renderings (sample designs) using 3D MAX, V-Ray.
  • Assist with Technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Assist with Assembly Instructions and Carton Markings using Corel Draw.
  • Manage tasks and updates on Teams/Asana. Meet task due dates to ensure timely product launches.
  • Coordinate with Senior PD Manager and Senior PD Director on regular basis.
  • Assist other PD team members as required.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.


Does this sound like you?


  • At least 5 years’ experience in the furniture industry. Knowledge of Knock Down (KD) is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable to work with AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-RAY, Corel Draw & Photoshop.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proactive collaboration skills are a must.
  • Ambitious, career oriented and committed to life-long learning and self-improvement motivated, self-starter with very organized, disciplined work habits.
  • Able to work effectively to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to details.
  • Ability to manage many conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent teamwork skills
